Terms & Conditions

The Short Version

Read freely, print the pdfs for yourself, share links anywhere — just don’t republish our work as your own, and remember that camping decisions (and their consequences) are yours. The long version follows:

Welcome

These terms cover your use of CamperishTrails.com (hereby referred as “we”). By reading, downloading, or otherwise using the site, you’re agreeing to them.

What CamperishTrails Is

We publish camping guides, printables, and images aimed at beginners — information and opinion, offered free. We are not a booking service, an outfitter, a gear retailer, or a professional advisory service of any kind.

What You May Do

You’re welcome to read everything, share links to any page, quote brief excerpts with a link back and clear credit, and download our printables for your own personal, non-commercial use.

What You May Not Do

Please don’t republish, sell, or redistribute our articles, images, or printables as your own; scrape or bulk-copy the site; use our content commercially without written permission; or misrepresent where the work came from.

Outbound Links

We link to other sites — booking platforms, land-agency pages, occasionally products. Those sites have their own rules, CamperishTrails is not responsible for them.

Disclaimer

Camping and other outdoor activities carry real, inherent risks, conditions and regulations change constantly, and almost everything on this site is informational. It is not a substitute for your own judgment, preparation, and local verification. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CamperishTrails isn’t liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. We work hard to be accurate and useful, but we can’t and don’t guarantee outcomes.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on CamperishTrails may be affiliate links, which means that if you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. We only mention gear and services we’d tell a friend about, commission or not, and an affiliate relationship never changes an honest opinion. However, purchases you make are between you and the seller.
